CivicAI
A groundbreaking project to democratize AI

CivicAI makes it easy to Create, Train and integrate custom
AI Agents to support activities, member advice and daily work. Specifically designed for non-profit organizations.

Civic AI has two broad uses

External

Enhance customer experiences with AI agents that provide 24/7 support and human-like interactions on all channels. Give human agents the upper leg with their own AI agent to guide them.

Internal

Empower employees with AI agents that retrieve enterprise knowledge, automate workflows, and boost productivity through intelligent automation and insights.

How does Civic AI work?

1. create your AI

It's easy to create a customized AI assistant/agent for your business using our ready-made templates.

- Choose the type of assistant, for example: member advice, news and business intelligence, training, compiling and analyzing statistics, transcribing and compiling meetings, or generating content based on your specific business.

- Give your new AI a name, personality and conversational tone.

- Specify what it should and should not be able to do.

- All without any prior technical knowledge.

2. Train your AI with business knowledge

Now it's time to train the AI assistant with your organization's specific knowledge.

Upload existing information for the AI assistant to learn. This could be policy documents, presentation materials, values documents, Q&As, newsletters, training materials or existing website.

CivicAI supports most formats available. From text to, video and audio files.

3. Integrate and manage your custom AI

You can now test and fine-tune your AI in peace and quiet before you launch. When everything is ready, the AI assistant is easily integrated into the organization's website, chat and in various social channels such as WhatsUp, Instagram, email, Telegram, Signal, Twilio SMS / voice, Discord, Shopify, WebFlow, WordPress, Intercom, Crisp,
Zapier, Make.com, Bubble, Wix, Pabbly... and many more.

Managers in the organization can follow the AI assistant's communication with different users in real time and, if necessary, can easily fine-tune the answers given by the AI.

Detailed statistics are automatically generated that can be used for follow-up and as a basis for business development. Examples include number of conversations, type of questions, visitors, feedback from visitors, thematization of topics, sentimental analysis of all conversations over time.

Areas of application for Civc AI

AI is a powerful tool that can transform the work of the non-profit sector and public administration by increasing efficiency, improving service and freeing up human resources for more complex and relationship-building tasks.

Below is an overview of concrete areas where AI solutions are already being used or have great potential:

100% ownership and control over your data

CivicAI is secure and gives you full ownership and control over your data, training and what the AI assistant can respond to.
All data can be easily exported if you wish to switch services or for any other reason do not wish to continue using the Association Assistant.
Your organization's data is not used to train the CivicAI model.
Each organization's AI Assistant is limited to only being able to answer questions based on the data/knowledge that each organization has trained with. This minimizes the risk of incorrect answers, or so-called "hallucinations".

Problem areas addressed by CivicAI

01

Knowledge gap in Generative and Conversational AI

Civil society and socially beneficial organizations are at risk of falling behind in digitalization due to a lack of knowledge and experience in generative and conversational AI.

This knowledge gap prevents organizations from taking advantage of the opportunities offered by modern AI technology.

02

Lack of technical expertise and experience

Organizations lack the technical expertise and experience required to develop tailored AI solutions adapted to their specific needs and challenges.

Without this expertise, it will be difficult to implement effective AI tools that truly solve the organization's problems.

03

Lack of financial and human resources

Many non-profit organizations face increasing demands on their services while having limited financial and human resources.

This creates a paradox where organizations can streamline their processes using AI, but lack the resources to invest in the technology.

The costs of AI development, implementation and maintenance often become insurmountable barriers. Without targeted support efforts, the gap risks growing further.

04

Lack of diversity and inclusion in AI development

AI systems risk reinforcing existing societal structures and biases when they are not developed with diversity and inclusion in mind.

With CivicAI, we want to democratize AI, and make this powerful and important technology available in a simple and safe way to socially beneficial organizations. We are convinced that "right" developed AI contributes to a strong and resilient society. Where everyone has a place.

Child Diabetes Foundation

The Children's Diabetes Foundation works towards a future without type 1 diabetes. We support research aimed at preventing, curing or alleviating type 1 diabetes in both children and adults. We believe that research can defeat type 1 diabetes with the right resources and our vision is to find a cure by 2040.

Every year, 2,000 people are diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, of which 1,000 are children. No one knows why and no one is cured. The disease requires intensive self-care around the clock, for life, and despite new modern technology, many suffer serious complications and premature death. We want to change that!
